We are excited to announce the upcoming breeding of Regan Figo to Ch. LK’s Maggie Smith for Laodicea. Both these dogs have exceptional pedigrees. We are very excited about this pairing and are looking forward to puppies in the spring of 2021.
Regan Figo (Newton)
Newton is a true combination of his parents, inheriting the beauty and gentleness from his father, and his expression and sense of humour from his mother.
Newton comes from the Regun Kennel in Italy. He was brought in by Lagotto Kennel as a much needed outcross in our area with hopes of transferring some of his best attributes to future offspring, such as his coat, bit and temperament. We have not shown Newton due to Covid 19, but we are continuing with our breeding program and look forward to the results of this beautiful boy.

Canadian Champion LK's Maggie Smith for Laodicea
Tonks is our girl that lives with the Meliefste gang. She is a Canadian Champion and is an amazing example of this breed in all aspects. She has an incredible temperament which makes her stand out. She has been a delight as our foundation bitch – and as the loving mascot of the Meliefste home!
Tonks finished her Championship in Canada under limited showing and with hard to find competition in Alberta, CA. She has completed her showing career.
Tonks has also completed her health testing giving her a CHIC number. Her one eye has a cataract, however after much consultation by Vets and specialists we have come to the conclusion that it is likely situational and not genetic. Please call me if you have concerns about her or her offspring.
