Laodicea’s Ladies

Canadian Champion LK’s Maggie Smith for Laodicea comes from Lagotto Kennels in Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island. Bridget Flynn has been breeding Lagotto Romagnolo for almost as long as they have been in Canada. Nicino, the foundation stud to LK’s line and their bred Grand Champion is one of the reasons we went after Tonks. We have been impressed since then. From being a Canadian Champion to a great mom, she has impressed us in all aspects of the breed. Tonks lives with the Meliefste gang in Surrey, British Columbia.  Tonks in now RETIRED from both the show ring and from our breeding program.  She is our foundation – and is a remarkable dog, pet and mother.  She completed her Canadian Championship and has had 40 pups – many that are part of our kennel. (RETIRED) 

Am/Can Ch LK’s Hello Summer for Laodicea was also purchased from Lagotto Kennels in Qualicum Beach, BC.  After looking at dogs in Finland and Italy, we came back to some of the best bred Lagotto Romagnolo’s in the world, right here on Vancouver Island.  We have been so impressed on the quality, temperament and confirmation of Lagotto Kennel’s dogs – why travel.  Stark lives in a show / pet home in Surrey, British Columbia with Michael and Morgan.

Canadian Champion Laodicea’s Bella Salute to LK’s Mario is our new addition.  Bella is a roan female from the third litter of Tonks and Mario.  She is all settled in her new home with the Skeel family in Abbotsford, BC.  We look forward to how this little girl develops and the adventures her new family has planned for her.  We will keep you updated.

West Coast Daenerys for Laodicea (Olive) is a cream female from West Coast Lagotto on Vancouver’s Island.  She is getting settled with us on the mainland.  We look forward to how this little girl develops and the adventures she will have with Mike & Wendy in Abbotsford, BC.     

Canadian Champion Balsamroot Alta Lago is our new addition.  Maple is a white / brown female from the Balsamroot Kennel in West Kelownia, BC.  She is all settled in her new home with the Lesur family in White Rock, BC.  We look forward to how this little girl develops and the adventures her new family has planned for her.  We will keep you updated.

Balsamroot Boya Lago is our new addition.  Olive  is a white / brown female from the Balsamroot Kennel in West Kelownia, BC.  She is all settled in her new home with the Nail & Roberta in Surrey, BC.  We look forward to how this little girl develops and the adventures she will have.  We will keep you updated.

Olive II has completed 10 points towards her Canadian Championship and just needs a major. (November 2022).

Bozolo Charmaine is our newest addition.  Jazz is a brown female from Bazolo Kennel in Finland.  She is getting settled with us in Pitt Meadows, BC.  We look forward to how this little girl develops and the adventures.  We are planning on using her in confirmation showing and we are excited to see how she does in the show ring.

Laodicea’s Marvelous Mrs. Maisel  is our newest addition.  Maisel is a white-brown female from our own breeding program.  She is getting settled with us in Surrey, BC with her new family.  We look forward to how this little girl develops and the adventures she will embark on.  We are planning on using her in confirmation showing and we are excited to see how she does in the ring.
